HIV/AIDS REACH Line (for Health Care Providers)

Health care providers can call the REACH line for timely and convenient advice on HIV/AIDS treatment and management from an Infectious Disease specialist, a family physician experienced in HIV, or an HIV-experienced pharmacist.

Below are the options available upon dialing the REACH Line:

1. Family Physician Experience in HIV Treatment & Care: Assessment, treatment & management; assistance with care planning .

2. HIV Pharmacist: Side effects and drug interactions; treatment and management.

3. ID Specialist : Assessment, treatment & management; care planning; post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) and non-occupational post-exposure prophylaxis (nPEP).

Mandate

To provide timely and convenient advice on HIV/AIDS care planning, treatment and management to health care providers.

Service Hours

24 hours a day, 7 days a week for providers.
