Want to know how to feel better, right now?

Sleep better, feel happier, have more energy, gain confidence, get out more, enjoy better relationships, help others - Learn all that in eight, enjoyable 90- minute sessions

Mondays, Feb 1st to Mar 28. 6:30 - 8 pm

The course fee is $195.00 and includes books and worksheets. Light refreshments provided.

Mandate

Based on cognitive behaviour therapy principles, Living Life to the Full (LLTTF) is for people who want to maximize their ability to deal with life's challenges. We believe when youths/adults access this core, and engage in a sustained, disciplined practice, they become better – stronger and more resilient to life’s challenges.
