It's never too late to get stronger! Strong bones build a solid foundation for improving balance, posture and confidence in everyday activities. Bone density and muscle mass are both affected by regular weight-bearing exercise. Get invigorated through a series of strength, balance and postural exercises, ending with a good stretch.
